Puppies

Story of the puppies. We have Saki' a black lab who made a friend with a golden looking Oki mix. Actually he came under our fence and knocked her up. After excepting the fact that we were going to be having pups they were born two days later. Saki' had 11 puppies but three died. I think it was because she did not take off the sack fast enough... once I got home I was able to help her deliver the rest of the pups.

The puppies were born April 16th. We have 4 boys and 4 girls. Three of the puppies are brown and the rest are black. So far they look like labs. One of the fat black puppies is very obnoxious. He cries the second Saki' leaves and the minute you pick him up. He is also the beef cake of the group... he is always nursing. (The puppy with the tongue out is him). The puppies are handled daily by myself, my husband, and our two older children (ages 3 and 1). They should be extreamly friendly with kids.

I am asking everyone to post questions on the blog. Your answers will be posted on the blog weekly or bi-weekly. I will be posting pictures weekly and letting you know more about them as they grow. We will have an adoption day and that will be posted on the blog. Please do not call or email me about the puppies. Puppies will not be held for anyone and they are first come first serve.

Please understand that these puppies will most likely be medium sized to large.

Easter Egg Hunt in April

We got to do something Eastery in April. I was kinda missed Easter this year due to it being early. We missed the Easter Bunny again for the third year in a row. Anyways glad our friend threw the egg hunt. The kids had a blast with the bounce house, craft, and all the candy filled eggs.

Ricky's Second Birthday

My kids had a blast at his birthday. I felt guilty making them leave to go to another fun event. Braylen was so excited because she got to sing "Happy Birthday" to someone for real. In my daughter's mind everyday is Braylen's birthday. As my husband says she is about 658 years old.

Kindermusic

My good friend Kristen was hosting a Kindermusic class. Jackson had so much fun. She had bubbles, balls, snacks, little learning centers, and music equipment. I think that Jackson was in ball and bubble heaven.

This is what photography looks like when you are making sure one child is not being stepped on and the other is not being abusive to his buddies.

First OkiDoki Blog Post

I am a horrible Blogger. I have the worst grammar (thank you Florida school system) and a
terrible speller (thank you spell checker). However with these things against me I am doing it anyways.

I will start off my blog with a FAQ-

Why Do you not work on Sundays? I do work on Sunday's but only for
rain dates and hospital visits. My husband and I value family time. We have three small children that we enjoy having fun new adventures with. Last Sunday we went to the Glass Factory, tried to get in the Dinosaur museum, went to a fertility fountain, found a famous statue, and went to the Southern most part of Okinawa. We had lunch thanks to Family Mart at the Fertility Place and Ice Cream at the Glass Factory

Braylen, Jackson and Kennon. That was my attempt at a great photo and the end of a very long day.

I jumped out the car to get this picture. What do I say about a older Japanese man on a wierd bike with the American Flag. I know he is a bad boy but what else does that sign say.
